Dongpo Pork
2016-08-09Dongpo Pork is a famous course with fine color, aroma and good taste. It was developed by ethnic Han, named by the name of Su Dongpo and belongs to Zhejiang cuisine. Su Dongpo, a well-known poet in the Northern Song Dynasty of China, had a profound knowledge of poems, calligraphy and also cooking food. He was able to make delicacies, especially good at cooking meat. Many famous poems wrote by him involved foods.
