A few days ago, the centralized opening ceremony of major projects of three quarters and centralized opening ceremony of projects in Zijin Port Technology City was held in West Lake District. Liu Ying the vice district secretary and district director declared the opening. Shi Yingli the director of Standing Committee of District People’s Congress, Ye Weiping the chairman of district CPPCC, Sun Guofang the vice district committee secretary, Ye Ze, Hu Guangwei, Shen Yanghong, Chen Wei, Yang Bo and other district leaders attended.

        In this activity, there have started 20 projects in Zijin Port Technology City and 11 other projects in the whole district with total investment of 16.6 billion Yuan. It is scheduled that the investment of 2018 is 2.9 billion Yuan.

        The total investment of the 20 projects in Zijin Port Technology City is 8.7 billion Yuan and it is scheduled that the investment of 2018 is 1.1 billion Yuan. Specifically speaking, there are nine industrial projects including five innovative industrial land projects, that is, Huayuan Village, Huayuan Electronics, Fang’s Weaving, Shijie Bio-Pharmaceutical and Junda Technology, improvement and reform project of West Lake Springs, improvement and reform project of Fenghe Oil, improvement and reform project of Huadian Electric Power Research Institute (South Section), Yungu Lvxin Park (East Section), one cultural, educational and health project, that is, Yungu School, three livelihood guarantee projects, that is, Shuangqiao Housing Resettlement, Tanghe Housing Resettlement and Lanli Garden Rural Residential Area, six infrastructure projects, that is, North Yuntao Road, West Dahuan Road, Jingda Road, Yunda Road, Yunchuang Road, South Lianchi Road, and one rectification project of ecological environment, that is, rectification of Liangtinggang River Course.

        Additionally, there were 11 projects in West Lake District that joined the centralized opening ceremony of major projects with total investment of 7.9 billion Yuan and it is estimated that the investment in 2018 is 1.8 billion Yuan. Specifically speaking, there are three industrial projects, that is, Yangshengtang, Wuxing reserved block 03, commercial housing project of Lanhai Group, four livelihood guarantee projects, that is, settlement housing of Wuxing Home Phase II, settlement housing of Qiantang Fengya Home Phase II, settlement housing of Qiantang Fengya Phase III, rural settlement housing of Wutongju, two cultural, educational and health projects, that is, Zhijiang No.1 Primary School, Mailingsha Primary School, one infrastructure project, that No.4 Pu Road, one rectification project of ecological environment, that is, rectification of No.4 Pu River Course.
