        In the report, Zhang Genming pointed out that our district spared no effort to create the best town of digital economy and the best town to drive the development of digital economy by treating digitalization construction of Yunqi Town as the carrier and centering on the general idea of “Digital Technology Experimental Zone, Digital Charm Experience Zone and Digital Achievement Display Zone”. First, three key points were clarified. Our district made clear three key points including “building a pilot area of urban brain in Hangzhou, exploring the digital path of ‘one visit at most’ reform”, and realized full coverage of terminal facility, terminal service and global fine management in various elements of the town by focusing on the characteristics and actual application scenarios of the town. Second, progress was made in two aspects. On the one hand, our district clarified the digitalization construction scheme of Yunqi Town, and would implement the scheme as soon as possible. On the other hand, a special team for digitalization construction of Yunqi Town was founded, to contact corresponding municipal departments, and to strengthen the interface with municipal urban brain. Third, one characteristic was realized. We formed a preliminary technical solution by centering on the digital parking system, and created a full-view cloud platform, so as to provide a template for parking arrangement with urban brain in Hangzhou.
