On the morning of May 13, All (Expanded) Meeting of the Civilization Commission & Meeting on Promoting the Founding of Beauty Series and Long-term Management Work of Urban-Rural Integration was convened in Xihu District. Zhang Genming the district committee secretary and the director of district civilization commission attended and delivered a speech. On the meeting, there announced the report of Construction of Spiritual Civilization in West Lake and Founding Work of Beauty Series in 2018, separately summarized the construction work of spiritual civilization around the district and the long-term management work of urban-rural integration around the district, and allocated the focal tasks in the next step.

Zhang Genming firstly affirmed the achievements in district civilization construction and management work of urban-rural integration.
