From May 14 to May 15, Gao Guofei, the Deputy Secretary of District Committee, and District Mayor led his team to Beijing to carry out investment investigation activities, and successively investigated the IC-PARK, the Fifth Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, Beijing Netnews Technology Co., Ltd., China Railway Gallon Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and also visited Academician Sun Jiadong of Chinese Academy of Sciences. In the IC-PARK, Gao Guofei visited Zhongguancun Integrated Circuit Science and Technology Museum, and negotiated with relevant heads of Beijing Capital Land on the construction of IC Industrial Park in East China. It was reported, IC-PARK was dominated by the integrated circuit industry, and was created jointly by network security, commercial space, intelligent connected cars and other industries, to establish the science and technology industry cultivation chain of “incubation accelerator-professional park-new industrial town”. Gao Guofei pointed out that the Xihu District had a superior geographical location, ecological environment, talent gathering, etc., hoping the two parties could implement specific cooperation matters as soon as possible and achieve win-win results. 

In the Fifth Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the fifth institute”), Gao Guofei had an in-depth understanding of the developments achieved by the fifth institute in space technology development, application of space technology, spacecraft development, etc. In the next stage, the fifth institute would set up Hangzhou Branch of China Academy of Space Technology in Yunqi Town.

In Beijing Netnews Technology Co., Ltd., Gao Guofei visited enterprise display products, listened to the development history and future development ideas of the enterprise. Then he had a face-to-face communication with the senior management, to deepen common consensus and seek a win-win situation. As the ice-breaker of domestic enterprise high-end chips, this enterprise mainly engaged in designing high-end IC chips, and providing autonomous and controllable solutions for network, storage and big data products. It planned to establish Hangzhou Netnews Technology Co., Ltd., in the Xihu District and the project contents included enterprise-class high-end chip, related board products, cloud host and other core data center products.

In China Railway Gallon Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Gao Guofei communicated with relevant heads of the company on prospects for future cooperation. China Railway Gallon LNG Logistics Co., Ltd. under China Gallon Group was a professional company integrating LNG railway transportation, storage, logistics and trade established to expand the clean energy market. Gao Guofei pointed out, the delegation of the company was welcomed to have an on-site investigation in the Xihu District so as to find the joint point of win-win cooperation from economy, politics, cultural environment, etc.

Gao Guofei and his team also visited Academician Sun Jiadong of Chinese Academy of Sciences. The BDSTCO Space-Time Research Institute led by academician Sun Jiadong was established in Yunqi Town, which opened up new situation in the application of autonomous space-time technology in China. Gao Guofei expressed his sincere thanks to academician Sun Jiadong for his great support for Yunqi Town, and hoped Mr. Sun could continuously put forward more valuable opinions and suggestions for the development of the Xihu District.
