Yesterday morning, Gao Guofei (Secretary of District Committee)led a team to visit Shanghai for investigation, and visited the exhibition hall of Shanghai Exhibition Culture Technology Co., Ltd. and the resource planning exhibition hall of Fengxian District. Besides, the team also listened to the introduction about development situations of the company and the planning & design concepts of Zhijiang Future City, and discussed the detailed optimization measures for the scheme. Participants included district leaders like Wang Jian and Wang Bo.

In 2019, Zhijiang Community of Xihu District was successfully elected as the first batch of 24 community construction projects in Zhejiang Province, and it is one of the important innovation initiatives with the most advantages which can drive the general situations in the  “13thFiveyear” period after the concept of characteristic town. Future Community is the core part of Zhijiang Future City. To build Zhijiang Future City at high standard and high level, Gao Guofei visited Shanghai Exhibition Culture Technology Co., Ltd. to know about company situations and scheme introductions. Exhibition is the leading enterprise of display and demonstration industry in China. It is the first one to create the management idea of “Design Leader · Trans-boundary Contractor”; it focuses on customized design, and utilizes digital display means to redefine the theme culture display area. Till now, the company has constructed more than 500 theme exhibition halls, including 18 topic spaces like provincial halls, municipal halls, and civic cultural centers.

In the exhibition hall, the team led by Gao Guofei visited the high-tech interactive display independently designed by the company, accompanied by the responsible person, and knew about the overall situations of the company from several aspects including company building, company ability, core technology and company performance. During the discussion period, related designers of the company got a deep understanding about the planning and design concept of Zhijiang Future City. After listening to the scheme introduction, Gao Guofei pointed out that we should plan the future community from a high starting point, integrate more frontier technology into it, show the charm of the future city from all directions, spare no effort to create the contact site, start point and sample plate area of Zhijiang Future City, and make it a “world-level waterfront new city” facing the future, integrating city and production, having unique charm and presenting extraordinary splendidness.

Later, the team led by Gao Guofei visited the resource planning exhibition hall of Fengxian District created by Exhibition. This hall is located in the east of the urban hall of Fengxian New City, “Fish of Shanghai”. According to the traditional artistic conception of “pearls falling into a jade plate”, it adopts three mutually connected but independent monomers in shape. Through the combination of “art” and “black technology”, it displays the overall planning of this district, and it’s an innovation-type exhibition area integrating planning display, science popularization education and leisure & entertainment. Gao Guofei watched the environment when walking, listening to the introduction. He affirmed the high-tech digital display means of the company. In the interactive experience area, Gao Guofei experienced devices like energy bicycle and flight cinema with interest, and felt the visual effect brought about by holographic display by wearing 3D glasses. Gao Guofei pointed out that we should deeply combine cutting-edge technology exhibition with Zhijiang culture and Xihu culture according to practical situations, and make residents enjoy the convenience brought about by the development of future city.
