On the afternoon of April 23, the launching ceremony of Hangzhou “Double Thousand”Activity & A Hundred Stories of Water Margin in Xixi was held in Water Margin Culture Exhibition Pavilion of Xixi Wetland. Qi Xiaohu the member of the Standing Committee of municipal CPC and minister of publicity declared the launching of Hangzhou Double Thousand Webcast Activity. Guo Guofei the secretary of district CPC committee appeared on the stage and launched A Hundred Stories. Wu Xiangqian, Gao Weixing and Ma Dongjuan the district leaders and the responsible persons of relevant municipal and district departments attended.

With emotions of Xixi and brotherhood of Water Margin as core connotations, the classic stories of Water Margin were reflected through abundant program forms in this activity to exhibit the wonderful ecological scenery of Xixi Wetland and discover the cultural connotation of Xixi.

On the launching ceremony, the broadcasters and actor representatives of Hangzhou Culture Radio and Television Group (HCRT) recommended the famous tourist attractions and customized special local products of Xixi Wetland through webcast. Then, four female broadcasters, on behalf of spring, summer, autumn and winter, sold the characteristics cultural and creative commodities of Xixi cultural and creative flagship store like lipsticks and fans through webcast and provided a “show of four beauties of four seasons” to on-site tourists and online audience. It was reported that the Xixi cultural and tourism webcast and selling webcast was the first activity of Hangzhou “Double Thousand”Activity.

At the activity, the brilliant programs, such as Water Margin in Xixi the serial poetry reading, Spring of Regions South of the Yangtze River the Chinese music playing and On Heroes in Water Margin the Hangzhou popular story, were on to improve the citizens' awareness of protecting Xixi Wetland and ecological environment and promoting culture of Water Margin.
