On the afternoon of January, Xihu District held the Forum on Advancing Work of Wensan Digital Life Block, listened to the general situations about the transformation of Wensan Digital Life Block as well as reports about five digital scenes and point arrangement, and raised requirements for the follow-up work. Dong Yumin (Vice Secretary of District Committee and District Mayor) made a speech. District leaders including Gao Weixing, Gan Xinwei, Ma Pinfang, He Jiaxin and Fang Hongqing as well as related department leaders were present.

Dong Yumin pointed out that the creation of Wensan Digital Life Block was the key job of the district, and that we gathered powers from various parties, integrated polyatomic ideologies, and deepened and created government and enterprise cooperation patterns. The performance achieved is mainly reflected in two aspects: government sectors enter the enterprises, listen to their opinions, and attract projects; the enterprises should positively communicate with the departments, conduct “brainstorming”, and enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship vitality of the block.

Dong Yumin emphasized that we should focus on three aspects. First, “all flowers should bloom together”. We must center on six subject terms including digit, life, clock-in, flow, youth and full-time. Besides, we should gather the core enterprise technology with a broader attraction vision, higher project quality and more extensive stock transformation, display the enterprises’ characteristics, make Wensan Block a new marker post of digital economy and technical exchange, and present a “spring garden” where all flowers bloom together. Second, we should be “down-to-earth”. We must further conduct close cooperation, lay a solid foundation and gather join forces according to three requirements of “orderly space”, “beneficial policy” and “powerful team”; serve the enterprises, intensify policy support, and form a virtuous cycle of government and enterprise cooperation; enhance the economic vitality with innovation power. Third, we should “make a great coup”. The transformation project of Wensan Digital Life Block is huge and complex, and it is a systematic project for which we have to cross the river by feeling the stones. Related departments should enhance the ideological understanding, strive for supports from the superior, grasp the opportunity, embrace responsibility with passion, implement block transformation with high standards, and carry out work at high quality; strengthen publicity, create a good atmosphere, and make more high-quality projects “come to Xihu”, “stay in Xihu” and “develop in Xihu”; make plans in advance, carry out work with a forward-looking vision, promote advanced technology like “city brain” to the whole China by treating Wensan Block as a new start, and realize deep expansion of digital economy in multiple fields.
