To solidly promote party history education, Xihu District held the Theme Activity of “Taking Actions According to People’s Call” in Party History Education and Conference to Advance the Construction of Integrated Wisdom and Governance Center according to the deployment of the central government as well as provincial, municipal and district CPC committees on the afternoon of June 16. Deployment was conducted for the Theme Activity of “Taking Actions According to People’s Call” in Party History Education and Conference to Advance the Construction of Integrated Wisdom and Governance Center, and requirements were raised for the follow-up work. Gao Guofei (Secretary of District Committee) made a speech. Jiang Yongzhu (Vice Secretary of District Committee), district leaders including Wu Xiangqian and Gao Weixing, and members of the First Touring Steering Group for City Party History Education were present.

Gao Guofei pointed out that this conference further implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions, and positively responded to and implement the requirements of the municipal party committee for the Theme Activity of “Taking Actions According to People’s Call”. It has important significance for actively responding to the masses’ call, conducting practical work of people's livelihood wholeheartedly, and deeply carrying out party history education. Hence, all people of the district should seriously organize and implement this conference.

Gao Guofei emphasized that we should focus on four aspects in the following. First, we should persist in the original intention of “Responding to People’s Call and Taking Actions According to People’s Call”, and care about the people with high political consciousness. We must treat the theme activity of “Taking Actions According to People’s Call” as conscious action to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important entrustment, the primary task for party history education, and the principal line running through the work. We must comprehensively implement the requirements of “working for the masses, solving problems for the enterprises, and reducing burden for the grassroots”, conscientiously adhere to people’s position, unswervingly integrate the theme of “Taking Actions According to People’s Call” into the district work with the highest stance and strongest sense of responsibility, and actively respond to people’s call. Second, we should adhere to the principles of “sincere feelings and benefiting the people”, and serve the people with good working measures. We must sincerely listen to the social conditions and public opinions, and “provide what is needed by the masses”; implement various tasks, and make the party history education achievements benefit all masses of the district; guarantee both quality and quantity in people's livelihood, and wholeheartedly create pro-people projects and honest projects; accurately provide care services, and offer omnidirectional care and salvation of “material assistance + accurate service + humanistic care”. Third, we should apply the idea of “digital energization and overall intelligent governance”, and benefit the people with innovative platform scenes. We should further promote the deep integration of online and offline forces, optimize the construction of integrated intelligent governance platform, and accelerate the innovation exploration of application scenarios. All people of the district should deepen the understanding, emancipate the mind, enhance the joint forces, form a closed loop, solve problems like non-fulfillment of responsibility, slow reaction, insufficient disposal, poor cooperation, narrow publicity and weak integration, increase the promotion force and improvement force for application scenarios, and solve more problems for the masses and enterprises. Fourth, we should carry forward the work style of “solid work first and action first”. We must intensify task implementation, master the time nodes, and deepen the education of party history; intensify demonstration role. Leaders of various levels should carry out “seven-one” thematic project, and set an example; intensify atmosphere creation, and implement learning and competition mechanisms; organize more people, enterprises and social organizations to positively participate in the theme activities and throw themselves into city construction and development; create a city of co-construction and sharing.
