Last year, we also helped apply for three or four policies, providing policy support,” Dong Xin introduced. As of now, the Lvfang Science and Technology Innovation Building has attracted more than 70 enterprises, gathering national-level high-tech enterprises such as Cloudyigou and Antin Power.

The park provides inclusive basic services for all small and medium-sized enterprises in the park, such as policy promotion, entrepreneurship guidance, business training, helping companies connect with various service resources, and providing suggestions and advice for the high-quality development of enterprises.

Dong Xin told the reporter, “We have dedicated personnel to help companies apply for various policies, as well as housing subsidies for employees. Not only that, for companies that are new to the building, if they have not yet completed their renovations, they can temporarily use the idle space in the building for office use, which can also enhance the sense of belonging for the company.”

In 2021, it was recognized as a “Zhejiang Province Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Park”; on July 27, 2022, it was rated as a “Three-Star Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Park in Hangzhou”; and in 2023, it was designated as the “2023 Zhejiang Province Digital Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Park”.

In 2023, the Lvfang Science and Technology Innovation Building is expected to achieve a building tax revenue of over 60 million yuan. In the subsequent operation process, the building will also create a more precise, professional, diverse, and three-dimensional industrial investment service system tailored to the special needs of customers in the dominant regional industries.
